Easy ways to document age

Hey all, I just finished up a quick 14-page mini album, it was so much fun!  In addition to finding simple, little photos and embellies to add to the book, I also wanted to find a way to remember how old my son was on each photo:

Sweet Memories Mini Album 1-6

I often find myself looking through all of his photos and wondering, "How old was he in this???"  And as the years go by, I know my memory will not be up to par on that, so I'm just going to show a few pages here where I simply used numerical thickers or stickers to represent his age at different stages of his life:

Sweet Memories Mini Album 1-6a

One flip of each page, and I will know exactly how old he was at that time:

Sweet Memories Mini Album 1-6b

This book covers ages 6 months through age 6.  I can't wait to start the next one which will be from ages 7 - 12.  I like keeping these small so they are handy to carry with you at all times.  The bigger 12 x 12's can stay safely at home. :)

And, here is the back of the book:

Such a sweet book! Love this idea! And you're right, one has to put dates or ages, otherwise we forget!

Wonderful! Love the idea to put the age on each page. I was trying to date old photos and would have to look at old Christmas videos that I had dated to try and match everyone's look at the time. You are so much smarter than me :) You will be so glad you did this.

What a beautiful mini album! Your son is just so adorable in the pictures! I have been thinking so much lately about keeping memories not necessarily "of" my daughter, which I do, but "for" my daughter! I want to get an old metal army type box, decorate it and fill it with trinkets, things for her to reminisce about later in life!
