Caardvarks Tree #3

I started out this card with a total spring feeling in the air and then with some twists and turns - it became a winter themed card! ;)

So in the middle of Spring, here we are.....what do you make of this....I just decided to leave as is...liked how it turned out.....I left off a personal sentiment and will leave that to the imagination of the beholder!

For the background, I used a patterned paper to reflect a light falling of snow and some whispers of white on the edge of the green paper seemed to fit in well.

I made some simple snow hills out of plain white cardstock. For the tree, it is a wooden chipboard that I stamped directly onto it a Four leaf grid stamp. It was kind of neat because the stamp was big enough to cover the entire tree....wonderfully simple and convenient. ;)

To add some softness to the overall look of the card, I embellished with some pink - a birdie on a leaf vine, a brad, and a smaller bird walking in the snow.

Enjoy and hope your Monday got off to a great start!!

Materials used:

Papers: Just Chillin by MM.
