Walkin' on sunshine....

Chris loves to take walks outside....weather permitting ofcourse, but you wouldn't believe how fascinated he is with nature...more so than you think.....he loves to look at leaves (especially stomping on them), run thru water puddles, pick up rocks, touch dirt and soil and take in all the little critters that run around....I fully expect....one of these days when he comes home from school that he will have a jar of live worms or some bugs in his backpack...lol! So here are a few shots of him on one of his walks....

The color palette for this project is featured below in this pic:

They are red-orange, yellow, bright purple, spearmint green, and dark plum.

You would not believe how hard it was to perfectly match 'spearmint green'. I did not have that color of ink or any flowers that matched, but I was able to find one sheet of paper that worked perfectly. Amazing how some colors are so hard to find...hehe.

Inks: Very cherry and black.

Marvy oval punch.

Round corner punch.

Scalloped scissors.
